How Creating Abundance Can Improve your Health

Many of those who deal with lack in their finances also report being stressed out too much of the time. When we worry about money and other things, it weakens our immune system. Once that happens, you can be at risk for all types of illnesses. Of course, the stress itself does harm you physically.

One possible solution is to create abundance in your life. Begin with your thought life. Put away thoughts of lack and poverty and begin to focus on having more than enough in every area. For some, meditating can help. Meditate on the abundance found in nature. Meditate on how joy is free. You can choose to be joyful each day regardless of your circumstances. As you continue down this pathway, begin finding areas of your life that feel sparse and believe for abundance there.

As we reframe our thought life, our finances will change. Our health will improve because we’re no longer worrying. We will begin to see little breakthroughs here and there. Remember to be thankful even if the breakthroughs are small.

We each have so much to be grateful for. Make a list of your own and go over it each day. Spend an entire day meditating on people that you love and send out positive energy vibes to them. You’ll begin to look and feel better as you focus on positive energy.

Below is a quote from Create Abundance by Zhang Xinyue:

You can become the creator of your own life play,
Creating all that includes ways of living, reacting and dying, among others.

You can surmount old cause/effect-related ideas as well as time restrictions.

With many years as a well-known spiritualist leader and teacher in her field, Zhang Xinyue is known for a variety of achievements.
