The purpose of this website is to provide libraries with resources for informing the public about health research, with the ultimate goal of enabling people to make healthier choices from advances that emerge from the research.

The Healthy People Library Project will be in St. Louis this month at the AAAS Annual Meeting and at the Public Library Association convention in Boston in March. At PLA, we'll be sharing booth 801 with SB&F and with Science Online. Please stop by to pick up our latest publications. Asthma and Allergies: The Science Inside has been named a 2005 Health Information Award winner by the Health Information Resource Center. The book won a bronze award in the patient education information class.

Your Health: The Science Inside is now available in e-book and print formats. If you would like to have a print copy sent to you, please click here and let us know how many copies you'd like and where they should be sent. Copies of our earlier publications are also available by request.
